Our strength lies in our relationship with our clients and that's all about people. Since we were established in the early 90's we have grown considerably, but have kept a great many of our original clients through to today and indeed are now able to be of service to their children. It's all down to our team of dedicated, friendly advisers and administration staff. Many of those have been with us for over 10years which clearly demonstrates the enjoyment and satisfaction they get from their work. All our consultants are fully qualified to FPC standard. They are autonomous giving them control over the way they assist you, without the constraints often imposed by large companies. This is the key to their success. Capital Tower provides the support behind the scenes to carry out research on new products or changes in legislation. We also reduce to the minimum possible the amount of time each adviser has to spend carrying out administration. This enables our advisers to concentrate on the priorities ie to see you, our clients. Our advisers are backed up by a committed and caring admin team who are only too happy to act as a point of contact when our advisers are out of the office seeing other clients.
